With a direct line buried to your home or business, you are in constant connection with our system. Trained technicians will discuss options for routes from our service box to your home or business. When possible, Lines will be buried the same day so you can rest easy knowing your service is 100% finished.

Fixed Wireless

Using modern technology, fixed-wireless is the internet option for those hard to reach areas. With a radio installation at your home or business, you will gain signal from nearby tower radios. A trained technician will help determine the best location for radio installation and set up.

  • Installations – $100 – includes any material and equipment needed to get internet to the residence. Customer is responsible for router, unless requesting an iWiSP-provided router (see below).
    • Move-in Set ups – $75
    • Custom installations – $50 per hour
  • Service Calls – $75 – there is no fee if it is related to failure of our equipment
  • Routers
    • Kivo Wifi6 Mesh Routers – $5 for the first one
    • For each additional router (mesh system) – $3
  • Tree Installs/Repairs – Starting at $300

We do our best to keep our system up to date, but please email and find out if we can get service to your home.

Do you offer phone or TV packages?

We are an approved seller for DirecTV and would be more than happy to help you set up an account with them.  For more information, contact our Sales Team.

  •    Phone Services 
 We do not offer phone services, but we would be happy to help set up a VOIP service with another provider. 
  • Check that all your equipment is plugged in and powered on.  
  • Do a reset on any equipment.  This can be done by unplugging the power, wait 30 seconds and plug back in.  It can take up to 10 minutes for all equipment to reload. 
  • Check firmware is up to date on your router.  Sometimes you can simply unplug, wait 30 seconds and plug back in.  It will automatically update the firmware.
