All customers will receive an email within 7 days of the service start up inviting them to create their account with UCRM.

It will direct you to set up a password.  Username is your password on the account.

New Customer instructions

We invoice for upcoming service. For example, if your invoice is dated June 1st, it will cover internet service for the month of June. All monthly invoices are due 15 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise noted.

Yes. Monthly customers can put their account on hold for up to four (4) months. Please email us within 7 days of when you would like to start your hold and 7 days from when you would like it turned back on.

No. If equipment is already at the home the cost of installation is only $75.

    Includes: 12 months unlimited internet usage

    Crane Installation – $300-500

    Reconnect fee – $25
  • Account hold. We do allow monthly customers to place their accounts on hold for up to 4 months without additional fees. Anything more than 4 months will be charged a reconnect fee.
  • Any accounts 45 or more days past due are subject to suspension until balances are paid in full. This will include a $25 reconnect fee.
